The Receiver’s professionals are developing a process to receive and analyze unsecured claims for debts incurred by the Receivership Entities prior to the commencement of the Receivership on December 21, 2023. At the appropriate time, the Receiver will seek court approval of a claim filing process. The Receiver will develop a claim review process to determine the amounts owed on debts incurred pre-receivership.

The Receiver filed the Receiver's Motion for an Order (I) Establishing Bar Date for Filing of Proofs of Claim Against the Receivership Estates; (II) Authorizing the Retention of Omni Agent Solutions, Inc., as Claims and Noticing Agent; (III) Approving Claim Form and Notice Procedures; and (IV) Granting Related Relief [ECF No. 451].  No order has been issued yet.  When a bar date is established the order will be posted here.
